MIREX 2026 Onsite/Online Poster Form
MIREX participants may present an on-site and/or online poster for their submission. Both of them are optional.
Important dates for presenters (task captains & participants), AoE:
- Oct 21, 2026: presentation permit deadline. Fill in the MIREX 2026 Presentation Form to tell us whether you want to present online or onsite. Even if you are not sure whether to present, please still fill in this form by Oct 21, 2026 (AoE).
- Onsite presentation: video, poster, slides, extended abstract. The poster will be presented at the Late-Breaking/Demo (LBD) session. Requires ISMIR 2026 conference registration (non-author).
- Online presentation: video, poster, slides, extended abstract. Requires ISMIR 2026 conference registration (online, non-author).
- After Oct 21, 2026 (AoE), onsite presentation is no longer possible. You can still present online, but it will not be played on the big screen of the LBD session due to UAE regulations.
- Oct 30, 2026: final deadline for all deliverables (poster, slides, video, extended abstract).
Online Poster

Live Q&A is conducted via slack.
Onsite Poster
The onsite poster will be presented in the Late-breaking/Demo (LBD) session at ISMIR 2026 (Abu Dhabi, UAE, November 8–12, 2026).
