I am a master's candidate in the Dartmouth Digital Musics program, working with Michael Casey on a dynamic key finding algorithm - i.e. one that detects modulation and segments keys accordingly. I am particularly interested in modeling the dynamics of both the ontology and human perception of key modulation; this requires a treatment of ambiguity/entropy in the model.
