Currently a Computer Science and Music Theory double major at SUNY Geneseo. Myself and two other students are working on a class project involving the detection of melody and rhythm in audio files. In a great deal of the research papers I've read, MIREX has constantly been mentioned and I would love to see how it all works and contribute what I can.
