<p><b>New page</b></p><div>I am currently a high school senior who has been working with machine learning. I have developed a piano onset transcription system which achieves ~80% f-measure on the MAPS dataset without any training database. I wish to submit my system to the MIREX 2017 Multi-F0 Transcription task. My submission will be ready for evaluation as submitted and does not require any training or fine-tuning (as I require no training database).</div>Yun Hao
